Derived from tape-recorded satsangs or studio recordings, the master's voice is now being saved to CD and DVD. Maintenance of Vishwa Shanti ashram and temples in India	In the early 1980's, a devotee purchased for his guru's use some 20 acres and a home 15 kilometers outside Bangalore. In the following decades, Sadguru Sant Keshavadas, with the help of generous devotees from around the world, transformed the grounds into a peaceful ashram and world pilgrimage center. (See Vishwa Shanti, India.) The climate of India coupled with the wear and tear caused by a steady stream of visitors demands vigilance in matters of building and grounds maintenance.
